Tasting notes: Fruit fragrance with peach notes.  Creamy long aftertaste and really complex. 

Buen Pastor won Honduras' Cup of Excellence in 2007 with coffees scoring over 92.   When we visited Stanley last year, we expressed interest in this Catuai coffee grown under banana and peach trees adjacent to the plot that won the Cup of Excellence years ago. After Stanley harvested this coffee, Beneficio San Vincente's Benjamin Paz processed it for us. 

We are grateful to be able to work with Stanley Yoder as he both restores this beautiful coffee farm and also supports a local orphanage.

Sixty years ago, Felipe Martinez planted churches in Huehuetenango's San Pedro Necta valley. Today we are pleased to have this is coffee from one of the world's top growing regions available for you.

The Villatoro family have been producing coffee for generations, and this family of 12 siblings is consistently represented in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competition. In fact, in the 2020 competition, one of family's coffees placed third.
